One of the largest cryptocurrency exchange Binance is planning to support India’s efforts towards containing the coronavirus pandemic.
Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ), quoted on Twitter that the Binance charity team had assured about 175 oxygen connectors worth $200,000 however it will reach Indian hospitals within seven days.
Moreover, the team is also working to provide 1,000 connectors to India to show up support to fight against Covid.
Zhao also shared his wishes in his own style – “Stay SAFU”.
Above all now, Binance has become the latest organization to be added to the list of crypto entities in helping India fight the pandemic that has outrun the country’s health system.
Recently, Binance donated INR 8 Crore In addition, WazirX CEO Nischal Shetty mentioned on Twitter that their organization would commit the fund for Covid Relief. In addition, crypto exchange Coinswitch Kuber donated $1,000,000.
Added to this, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin has recently revealed a donation of 100 ETH and 100 MKR, amounting to nearly $650,000.
