Stream Coin (STRM), a blockchain-based company that aims to provide a Web3-focused live streaming platform, announced that it will be having an initial coin offering (ICO) of 1 billion STRM from February 1.
The ICO announcement follows the successful 1.64 billion STRM burn by the company on January 25. Currently, Stream has a total supply of 5.52 billion only, of which 1 billion will be available for purchase during the public sale. This will only amount to 18.12% of the total STRM coin supply.
During the ICO, there will not be a minimum limit of purchase. However, users will only be able to purchase a maximum of 11,110 STRM each at the ICO price of $0.9 per coin. This amounts to a total of $9,999.
Investors who purchase at least $50 worth of STRM will receive a bonus through the company’s referral program. These investors will receive a referral link that they can send so their friends may invest in the ICO as well. Stream will credit a 100% STRM reward to the referrer’s crypto wallet account for every successful referral.
Any remaining coins from the ICO will be burned to manage a strict supply of STRM. After that, the company will burn the same amount of coins from its allocation.
