Dogecoin is waving his value high in the crypto market by seeking the attraction of investors. In craze with this trend KFC canada has posted a tweet stating that they are accepting dogecoins along with card and cash payments. This tweet has created a surge among the Canadian customers earlier today.
According to the research, there was an announcement from KFC Canada about their delivery at free of cost for the customers who place orders above $35 in April. This message from the company made many customers purchase which increases the selling profit as well.
With regards to the announcement, a customer popped up with an interesting question of whether they can buy with their dogecoins? An immediate response given to the customer from the company answering that, “We accept cash, card and dogecoin.” This particular tweet reached the peak by acquiring 2500 tweets, 500 quote tweets along with 5800 likes.
The huge interest created within the canadian customers made them make payments through dogecoins, unluckily there were no options in the website prompted to pay with the crypto currency rather only displayed options to pay only with credit card and Gpays.
Unfortunately the announcement made the canadian customers feel it as a tongue in cheek joke. But the fact is that KFC Canada has promoted and accepted cryptocurrency in the year 2018. So in order to pause the outspread the company took an initiative to post a tweet in alignment with the announcement that they do not accept dogecoins and felt sorry for their act.
